OUR FEES

ABOVE $700k: 1% of the Purchase Price + $950 Admin Fee


BELOW $700k: Flat rate of $7,000 + $950 Admin Fee


Included in the commission calculator on this page is both Seller and Buyer REALTOR® fees and our $950 admin fee plus GST.

THE OTHER GUY'S FEES

7% on first $100k plus 2.5% of the balance plus GST.

 

However, not all Brokerages charge the same. Often we are seeing 7 & 3%, 7 & 3.5% advertised on MLS®.

The lower end of the range will get people excited about the fair market value they perceive at the listing, and you have a higher chance of a good sale, sometimes over asking due to multiple offers.
