Kate is a four time Medallion Award winner and two time Master Medallion Award winner. She offers her clients a private dashboard to track her work for you whether you are a Buyer or Seller. Kate offers her clients a clause in her listing documents on the Schedule A document where you can cancel your listing at anytime with her. In offering that clause, that means that you can cancel your listing at anytime with her.
